Return Policy

Return policy gives you an option to return products purchased on Loire wellness for any reason within the specified return period.

We ask you to not use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging.

We are giving you self ship service for any type of returns.

Self ship service

We are not offering pick up service now. In such cases, Customers has to ship the courier to the given address of our warehouse. After that you have to share the tracking details of the product.

When the product received at our warehouse and has passed quality check then we will initiate your refund in your bank account. If the product does not meet our quality check then we will ship it back to you.

Refund Process Of Loire wellness

After successful return, Loire wellness will initiate the refund to your source account or chosen method of refund within 7 to 15 days. Instant Refunds are not available in self ship returns.

Why some return request used to decline?

This may have happened because the item you returned is used, damaged or original tags are missing. For getting more details, please contact our customer care number.

Returns requests will not be accepted under the following circumstances –

  • If Products are used then we will not accept.
  • If Product is Returned without Original price tags, labels & accessories.
  • If QR code is tampered.
  • For Damaged and Missing products which are reported after 2 days of the delivery.
